8th Annual New Years Day Southern Carnage Gravel Challenge
Below is copied from the event page on facebook. This is hosted by Southern Carnage Bike Shop and Spring City Cycling Club. Bring something for the pot luck after.
Bring in the New Year 2026!
Join us on New Years Day for the 8th Annual Southern Carnage Gravel Challenge.
Starting at 9am, ride from Southern Carnage bike shop to Jolly B for around 30 miles.
Then ride back to Southern Carnage and ride Wheeler Refuge for another 20 miles.
This should give you about 50 miles. Repeat for 100!
Ride as much as you want and anytime after 9am.
Gravel bike, MTB, or Hybrid with knobby tires required.

There will be food and drinks behind Southern Carnage all day that you can enjoy anytime and between rides.
Although not required, bring snacks, drinks, cups, plates, napkins, or utensils if you can.
