The site has picked up some traffic lately, so thanks for spreading the word. For the new folks, welcome. Here’s the basics for those that don’t know.

I’ll post an update like this every Wednesday. I want to list any organized Cycling Events in or around Alabama on the calendar, without bogging it down with weekly rides. Birmingham Alabama Ride Finder on Facebook is the best resource for recurring rides.

The calendar itself is a pdf file you can get to from the Calendar menu link at the top of the page. I update it once a week with every ride I can find, color coded for road, mtb, gravel, cyclocross and bikepacking. Every event listing has a link that will take you to the organizer’s information for the event. If you know if any events that are not listed or see anything that is incorrect, please comment on any post to let me know.

I also host Gravel Rides a few times a month, and will post my ride info here when I plan one.

The Routes menu link takes you to a pdf with all of the Gravel Routes that I have shared on Ride With GPS. The My Adventures menu link has several event write ups that I share from times to time. I really like sharing pictures from my adventures, and have shared links to them on most of the stories.
