I started keeping a spreadsheet with a list of events I might like to ride in about 5 years ago. 3 years ago I decided to share it as a dropbox file to the facebook group Alabama Cycling Calendar. I finally got around to putting this into a website format to share with those who are not on Facebook.
This group is to raise awareness of all cycling events in and around Alabama, in the hopes that we can get more folks coming out and participating in the events. I hope that this will be a great resource for cyclists to plan as well as for organizers to coordinate dates. PLEASE SUPPORT THE FOLKS THAT ARE ORGANIZING THESE EVENTS FOR YOU, let’s keep our cycling scene growing!
